In celebration of seven straight years winning "Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores" in the J.D. Power Home Improvement Retailer Satisfaction Study, Ace Hardware is kicking off its first-ever J.D. Power Award Neighborhood Tour across the country.
"We believe we are blessed to be in the business of serving others," said John Venhuizen, president and CEO, Ace Hardware Corporation. "Receiving this award from our customers seven years in a row is an absolute honor and makes us even more determined to provide our neighbors with amazing customer service and satisfaction."
All seven of Ace's J.D. Power trophies will be showcased and presented for photo opportunities at stores across the country during the 17-week tour, which will make stops at more than 100 stores in 24 states.
Customers will also be privy to various in-store promotions and incentives during the tour.
