A&P beefs up meat department with Angus line

MONTVALE, N.J. — Grocer A&P has announced the launch of a brand-new line of Angus beef in its stores.

Woodson & James choice Angus beef, exclusive to A&P banner stores, will replace the current beef steak and roast offerings in all A&P, Pathmark, Superfresh, Waldbaum's and Food Emporium stores beginning May 27.

The new and exclusive Woodson & James Angus beef line features U.S. Department of Agriculture choice Angus beef that is grain-fed and single-sourced.

All stores also will feature new in-store Woodson & James signage. Associates from the meat department, outfitted in Woodson & James aprons, will be on hand to offer simple preparation and cooking tips, as well as information about the new beef line.

Grilling a choice USDA steak

Grilling a choice USDA steak on an outdoor fire pit or on grill is the best way to get all the natural flavors. If you don't have an open fire pit with a grill I suggest you get one.

More cardiologists are

More cardiologists are advising grass-fed beef, but as of yet, the cost is astronomical. Cardiologists Neprinol Peyronies and Kleid are amongst a few of the Dr.'s reguarly stressing the importance of grass-fed beef.

I think this explains A&P's

I think this explains A&P's problem. Is there any other grocer that doesn't have an Angus line? Not only late to the dance but the last song is about over.
