Double dose of digital insights on tap for suppliers

Walmart and Sam’s Club executives are scheduled to participate at several events in Northwest Arkansas in the coming weeks designed to educate the company’s suppliers on digital strategies.

First up is John Boswell, SVP of marketing, insights and e-commerce at Sam’s Club. He is scheduled to speak to a gathering of the Bentonville Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, September 12 at 7:30 a.m. at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers, Ar. The event is open to the chamber’s Walstreet membership tier which consists of Walmart and Sam’s Club suppliers and service provider companies.

The following week, Walmart suppliers will head back to the Hammons Center at 7 a.m. to hear from Wanda Young, Walmart’s VP of media and digital marketing at an event hosted by the group Doing Business in Bentonville. The title of Young’s presentation is, “marketing innovation with Walmart.”
