Macy's gives Katy Perry fans ultimate deal

NEW YORK — Macy's is offering Katy Perry fans the chance to see her movie, "Katy Perry: Part of Me," for free just for shopping in its stores. On Saturday, June 30, at more than 650 Macy’s locations nationwide, with any purchase of $50 or more in the Macy’s MSTYLELAB departments customers will receive one ticket to the film.

“We are very excited to partner with Paramount Pictures to bring our customers this amazing opportunity to experience ‘Katy Perry: Part of Me’ this summer,” said Amy Kule, group VP national events and partnership marketing for Macy’s. “Our stores are not only destinations for the best fashions, they are also a hub for incredible entertainment experiences, where the public can discover and celebrate the very best of pop culture. This partnership is emblematic of this special role we play in the lives of our customers, along with the best partners in the business.”

As part of this special partnership, Katy Perry will kick-off the film’s launch with special performances on the national broadcast of Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular on NBC, Wednesday, July 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, 8 p.m. PT/MT.
