At first glance the new Target in Manhattan's East Harlem neighborhood, which opened July 25, appears similar to the retailer's other stores with its usual assortment of apparel, electronics, grocery and pharmacy items. But, observant shoppers will notice a flavor about Target's first Manhattan store that is distinctly Harlem.
