PHILADELPHIA -- Elaine Rubin, a retail industry vet who co-founded and chaired Shop.org, a division of the National Retail Federation, is taking her expertise in Internet retailing to Monetate, a leading independent provider of testing, targeting, and personalization for websites. Rubin joins Monetate as a member of the company's strategic advisory board.
Rubin's experience in e-commerce include leadership roles at 1800flowers, iVillage, and the Northeast practice of Amazon's Enterprise Solutions, according to a Monetate press release. She has been recognized by Advertising Age as one of the Top 20 Executives in interactive marketing and received the NRF 2008 Silver Plaque Award for her contribution to the retail industry.
Rubin is currently founder and chief Prophet at Digital Prophets Network, an e-commerce consulting group.
