Lowe's personalizes home improvement with new site

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Following the recent launch of its "Never Stop Improving" marketing campaign, Lowe's announce that it has introduced MyLowe’s, an integrated online experience that will help customers manage their biggest asset - their homes. Both the new campaign and website are part of Lowe's strategy to position itself as a destination for home improvement projects and to better appeal to the average consumer.

Accessed via Lowes.com, MyLowe's will allow customers to keep track of all purchases, in-store and online, via their online profile.

“Customers expect to be engaged and in control throughout the entire home improvement experience - from inspiration to enjoyment,” said Tom Lamb, Lowe’s SVP marketing and advertising. “MyLowe’s will enable our customers to track and manage their homes all in one place, and it will allow Lowe’s employees to be better equipped to help meet the needs of our customers.”

Features of MyLowe's include:

  • A MyLowe’s card or key fob to track in-store purchases online

  • Home profile to create rooms and store floor dimensions, product details and notes
