Gib Mitchell was named director of national accounts for demand intelligence provider LumiData and will be based in the firm’s Bentonville, Ark. office.
Mitchell previously served as VP sales at Legwear Group and prior to that as Walmart national account manager for Belkin International, sales and replenishment manager at WGM Inc., and as sales analyst and national account manager with Walmart and Sam’s Club for Haddad Apparel. Mitchell has 13 years of retail experience in category management, CPRF replenishment, buyer presentations, private label initiatives, supply chain management and Retail Link analysis specific to Walmart and Sam’s Club.
His appointment was announced in conjunction with LumiData naming two other national account directors including Greg Sears and Karla Hayley. Both will be based in Minneapolis.
