All types of retailers are feeling the impact of Amazon.com on their business, directly and indirectly, and Nordstrom is no exception. The showrooming phenomenon is more prevalent than ever this year and while special deals to generate in-store traffic are frequently employed tactic, Nordstrom’s efforts are more far-reaching.
